QES Mechatronic Sdn Bhd was founded in June 1999 and started operating in the year 2000. Strong R&D and technology partnerships allowed us to be a global manufacturer of inspection and handling equipment. QES Mechatronic Sdn Bhd is a member of QES Group of Companies.
Headquartered in Hicom-Glenmarie (Malaysia) and ISO BS EN ISO9001:2008 certified. With a staff strength of 80 people providing sales and services support together with our sales channel partners and distributors covering primarily markets in Asia and Europe. We currently have more than 500 machines installed globally.
Design and Development

Assembly and Testing
We specialize in the assembly and testing of high-precision motion control equipment that integrates with various types of inspection and measurement sensors. All mechanical assembly, electrical panels, and wire harnesses are carried out with the right tools and gauges to ensure design accuracy and performance. A made-to-order system with an established supply chain locally has been widely practiced to minimize inventory cost and expected delivery schedule. We developed and maintained a local assembly house to support a sudden increase in demand and be more focused on our own field of expertise. We also engage in OEM and ODM of equipment having a high mix and low volume to provide customers with cost-down merits through effective localization and supply chains.
We invested in an in-house machining shop for complex and accurate parts to support our design and development activities as well as parts and component that is required in our products. We are capable of achieving part accuracy of 5um in temperature controlled environment.
Apart from this, we also continue to develop and maintain comprehensive supply chains in precision machining, tool and die, sheet-metal work, casting parts, material treatment, and surface finishing to support our business.
